Cathy Larouche

Cathy Larouche has been coaching entrepreneurs, leaders and executive teams for over 20 years.

Contributing to greater freedom of being, dignity and vitality in organizations is her main passion. Her atypical background combines both human and corporate knowledge. With an MBA and an Executive Certificate in International Business Management from the Research Chair in International Business Management, Cathy is constantly interested in new developments in organizational management.

As a facilitator of collective and organizational intelligence, she has contributed in management, coaching and training positions to revealing people’s as yet unexplored capacities, as well as the potential for value creation within organizations, both individually and collectively. She loves to explore untrodden paths, especially when performance becomes a co-created and regenerative consequence.

At EntreChefsPME, as a member of the management team and as a coach, Cathy has spent ten years facilitating progress through mutual support with co-development groups made up exclusively of entrepreneurs who are responsible for the vision and development of their company.
